Time for Schools to Prepare for Energy Efficiency Funding
The Obama transition team, congressional leaders and US Department of Energy officials have been developing the energy efficiency component of a massive economic recovery package. Funding for energy efficiency projects in New Hampshire could rise to three times the level available under utility programs in recent years. School districts that act now to plan energy-saving projects will benefit. Those that don't will miss out.
