The Jordan Institute will act as the building owner’s representative for all projects, ensuring that recommended measures are implemented as planned. This oversight protects the owner’s financial investment and confirms the quality of the energy efficiency upgrades.

For additional quality control, the Jordan Institute will help owners select a commissioning agent to ensure all systems function properly upon completion.

After project completion, ongoing building performance monitoring is essential to verify cost savings and greenhouse gas reduction. We will work with owners to establish a long-term measurement plan that is simple and efficient to administer.
